If you have made an order and wish to cancel, please give us a call, or send us and email with the order number. If the item has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order immediately. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us un order to receive a refund.

When sending a console in for repair, it is recommended the package the console well, in a suitable sized box. Please remove any games, or memory cards when possible. there is no need to send us cables or controllers, unless they are directly related to the issue.

When you choose a collection service, you will not need to print a label, you just select the day for collection, and make sure you have the console packed and ready for collection. The driver will bring the shipping label.

Tracking the status of an order is simple, just head to order tracking, input the order number, and email address used to place the order.

We offer free next day delivery throughout the UK for all our products. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
