Shipping Method:

We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all our deliveries. This service ensures that your order is handled with care and can be tracked throughout the shipping process. With Royal Mail Tracked 24, you can expect your package to be delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours of dispatch (subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions).

Dispatch Time:

We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. That’s why we guarantee that all items will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information for your package.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders over £20. For orders below £20, a flat shipping fee of £2.95 will be applied at the checkout.

Order Tracking:

To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email. You can visit the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) or use their mobile app to track the progress of your package.

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 24 hours from the date of dispatch. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or other delays beyond our control may affect the delivery time. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping services to international customers in the future.
