Delivery method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK deliveries. This lets your parcel be tracked through the shipping process and is designed to arrive quickly after dispatch, subject to Royal Mail service conditions.

Dispatch timing

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges

UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 for orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery at checkout.

Click & Collect is available at checkout for eligible Larne postcodes. If the option appears for your address, you can choose local collection instead of delivery.

UK shipping only

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. You can also visit us in-store in Larne if you are local and would prefer to shop in person.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually aims to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Weather, busy periods, service disruption, or circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
