What is Friday Night Magic?
Friday Night Magic at The Save Point is our regular Magic: The Gathering evening, currently focused on casual Commander. It is a chance to meet local players, test decks, play longer games and finish the week with cardboard wizardry.
Who can come?
Magic players of different experience levels are welcome. The aim is friendly games, not table-flipping goblin court.

How the night works
FNM is designed to be simple, social and easy to join. Bring your deck, choose a table and get ready for politics, top-decks and suspiciously lucky Sol Rings.
Commander games
Our regular Friday night format is Commander, with multiplayer pods and casual games where table talk is half the spellbook.
Entry is usually a pack
Players usually buy a pack to enter. This keeps the night easy, affordable and supports the play space.
Meet local players
Find other Magic players in Larne, get games in regularly and help build a stronger local MTG community.
Bring your deck
Bring a Commander deck, sleeves, dice, tokens and anything else you need. Spare patience also helps when someone resolves a board wipe.
Drinks and snacks
Grab a drink or snack while you play. Long games need fuel, especially when the table refuses to let you keep your commander.

We stock Magic: The Gathering sealed products and accessories when available, including sleeves, deck boxes and playmats.

Friday Night Magic in Larne, Northern Ireland
Looking for Friday Night Magic in Larne? The Save Point hosts regular Magic: The Gathering evenings with casual Commander games, local MTG players and an in-store play space for trading card events.
FNM usually runs on Fridays from 6:30pm until late. Entry is usually by buying a pack, and players can follow The Save Point on Facebook for weekly updates, stock news and any changes to event times.
