📮 Shipping method
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our UK deliveries. This service allows your order to be tracked throughout the shipping process and is designed to deliver quickly after dispatch, subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
⏱️ Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
💷 Shipping charges
UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 for orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery at checkout.
🔎 Order tracking
To track your order, use the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your parcel through Royal Mail’s website or mobile app.
🛍️ Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available at checkout for eligible Larne postcodes. If this option appears for your address, you can choose to collect your order locally instead of having it delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery times
Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually aims to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch. Please note that this is not always guaranteed, and delays can occasionally happen due to weather, busy periods, service disruption or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate it.
UK shipping only
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
You can also visit us in-store in Larne if you are local and would prefer to shop in person.
